Title: Fiery Thai Salsa

Yield: 4 Servings

3cCucumbers, chopped seeded peele
1cGreen onion, chopped
3/4cRadishes, chopped
1/4cFresh mint, chopped
3tbFresh ginger, minced & peeled
3tbFresh lime juice
2tbSugar
1tbMinced garlic
1tsMinced garlic
1 1/2tsSesame chili oil
